Privacy policy.

This notice explains how Noticioso handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. For questions or requests about your data, email info@noticioso.nl.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected service, and the message you write. We use these details to respond, discuss your project, and follow up on your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
When your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with us, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not add contact form submissions to a marketing mailing list.
Our hosting service processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the website. The contact endpoint temporarily uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, available website for this processing.
The form requires a name, email address, service selection, and message so we can handle your enquiry. You are not legally required to submit these details; you may choose not to use the form or contact us by email instead.
Who processes the data
- Fly.io hosts this website. The application runs in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and processes form submissions.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions by email and processes the message contents and delivery information.
- Namecheap Private Email hosts our mailbox, where we receive and respond to enquiries.
We use these providers to operate the website and handle correspondence. We may also disclose information if required by law. The website does not send enquiries to an AI model and does not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
International processing
Although the website application runs in the Netherlands, our hosting and email providers operate internationally. Their services and subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Website hosting in Europe is not a guarantee that email data stays in Europe.
The providers describe their transfer arrangements and safeguards in their published documentation: Fly.io’s Data Privacy Framework policy, Resend’s data processing addendum, and Namecheap’s data processing addendum. These include, where applicable, adequacy arrangements and standard contractual clauses. Contact us for more information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long we keep data
We retain contact enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them from our active mailbox unless they become part of an ongoing customer relationship or must be kept to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim. Where longer retention is necessary, it is limited to that purpose.
The website does not store submissions in a database. Its rate-limit records are held in temporary server memory and cleared when the ten-minute window resets on a subsequent request or the application restarts. Providers may retain separate delivery logs, security records, and backups according to their service terms and retention settings; mailbox deletion does not instantly erase those copies.
Cookies, analytics, and fonts
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking pixels or third-party analytics. DM Sans and Manrope are served from this website, so loading these fonts does not make a request to Google. Your browser may cache site files to load them faster on later visits.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Email info@noticioso.nl to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity using proportionate information. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain why within that month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the supervisory authority where you live or work.

We update this page when our processing changes. The date above shows when this notice was last revised.
